Melbourne Martini Long Weekend Competition – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.

Competition Period

The competition begins on April 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on April 30, 2025.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Purchase any Melbourne Martini product between April 1–30, 2025 (online or in-store).

  2. Complete the entry form on the Melbourne Martini website, including:

    • Full name and email address

    • Product purchased and its barcode number

    • A 25-words-or-less response to: “What’s your favourite Melbourne Martini flavour and why?”

Only one entry is permitted per valid product purchase.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a year’s supply of Melbourne Martini, consisting of:

  • $500 worth of Melbourne Martini canned cocktails, delivered quarterly.

The total prize value is AUD $500. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

This is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the most creative and original 25-words-or-less response, as judged by the Melbourne Martini team.

The winner will be notified via email by May 9, 2025, and publicly announced on Melbourne Martini’s Instagram Stories.

Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified.

  • If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be selected.

  • The prize will be delivered to the postal address provided by the winner.

General

  • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • By entering, participants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use.

  • Melbourne Martini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • Melbourne Martini is not responsible for any costs incurred in entering the competition.

  • Melbourne Martini is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the competition or its outcome.
